Cable ties InLine 150 mm × 2.5 mm black, tensile strength 78.5 N, 100 pcs
InLine cable ties, 150 mm length and 2.5 mm width, come in a pack of 100 in black and are designed for reliable single-use bundling of cables, hoses and small components. Manufactured from polyamide (PA 6.6), these self-locking ties feature internal teeth for firm retention and a tensile strength of 78.5 N. They are suitable for electrical, automotive and household cable management and perform within an operating temperature range of −20 to 85 °C.
The InLine ties combine quick hand or tool-assisted installation with strong internal teeth that resist slippage. Made of PA 6.6 material, they offer resistance to seawater, oil and grease and conform to the ISO EN62275 standard. Their compact 150 mm length and 2.5 mm width make them suitable for small- to medium-diameter bundles while the black colour contributes to discreet routing and basic UV resistance when stored and used correctly.
Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull to tighten the loop around the bundle until the desired tension is reached. For a firmer, consistent fastening use a cable tie tensioning tool; otherwise tighten by hand being careful not to overtighten delicate cables. Cut off the excess tail close to the head with scissors or a flush cutter to avoid sharp edges.
Store the cable ties in a closed bag and protect them from direct sunlight and direct heat sources such as radiators to prevent drying or embrittlement during prolonged storage. Avoid reusing the ties; they are intended for single-use. For outdoor or extended UV exposure applications, consider using ties specifically rated for UV resistance.
