InLine 59963K Cable Ties Black 300 mm x 3.6 mm 100 pcs.

InLine 59963K Cable Ties Black 300 mm x 3.6 mm 100 pcs. are designed for reliable wire management, bundling, and organizing cables in various environments. These black fasteners feature a length of 300 mm, a width of 3.6 mm, and a robust construction made from polyamide 6.6, ensuring durable and secure fastening performance for everyday tasks.

Advantages

The InLine black cable ties offer internal toothing that allows for easy application by hand while providing a reliable and secure hold. Manufactured from robust PA 6.6 material, these fasteners provide impressive abrasion resistance as well as excellent resistance to seawater, oils, greases, and other external environmental influences. They comply with the ISO EN50146 standard and ensure a long service life and dependable performance across light to medium-duty applications.

Suitable for

• Organizing cables and wires in home and office environments
• Wire management in workshops, electrical installations, and industrial settings
• Fastening hoses and bundling various items during hobby projects

These cable ties may not be suitable for heavy-duty structural load-bearing applications or environments where temperatures consistently drop below -20 °C or exceed 85 °C. They are also not recommended for permanent outdoor installations exposed to intense, direct UV radiation without additional protection.

Key specifications

• Length: 300 mm
• Width: 3.6 mm
• Tensile strength: 176.5 N
• Operating temperature range: -20 °C to 85 °C
• Material: Polyamide 6.6
• Color: Black
• Packaging unit: 100 pieces per pack

To use these fasteners, gather the cables or items you wish to bundle and wrap the tail of the cable tie around them. Insert the tapered end through the head with the internal toothing and pull it tight until the desired bundle tightness is achieved. Excess material at the tail can then be trimmed off cleanly using a suitable cutting tool.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the 300 mm length and 3.6 mm width match your specific bundling dimensions
• Check that the operating temperature range fits your intended installation environment
• Ensure the 176.5 N tensile strength is adequate for your required fastening load

Usage recommendations: Keep the cable ties stored in their sealed bag prior to use and protect them from direct sunlight and direct heat sources such as radiators to prevent the polyamide material from drying out during prolonged storage.
