Cable ties InLine 100 mm, 2.5 mm wide, black — pack of 1000
InLine cable ties, 100 mm long and 2.5 mm wide, in black — pack of 1000. These nylon fasteners are made from polyamide 6.6, offering robust, abrasion-resistant construction suitable for bundling cables, securing hoses and organizing wiring looms in a variety of environments. Each tie features locking teeth for secure grip and is resistant to sea water, oil and grease, making it suitable for workshop, automotive, server rack and household cable management tasks.
The InLine cable ties are quick and easy to apply by hand and deliver a strong, reliable hold thanks to their integrated locking teeth. Constructed from polyamide 6.6, they provide good mechanical strength and abrasion resistance and resist common contaminants such as seawater, oil and grease. Supplied in a bulk pack of 1000, they are cost-effective for large installations and maintenance work while the compact 100 mm length and 2.5 mm width suit small to medium cable bundles.
These 100 mm ties are designed for small to medium cable bundles; they may be too short for large bundles, thick hoses or when a wide wrap-around is required. They are single-use fasteners—removal requires cutting and replacement with a new tie.
Insert the tapered end of the cable tie through the head and pull to tighten around the bundle until the desired tension is reached. Avoid over-tightening to prevent deformation or damage to cable insulation. For removal, cut the tie with scissors or a cutter, taking care not to nick underlying cables. Store unused ties in a closed bag and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent drying and loss of mechanical performance.
For consistent results, use a cable tie tensioning tool when uniform tightness or professional finish is required; otherwise, hand tightening is adequate for general cable management tasks. Keep spare ties on hand for maintenance and replace ties that show signs of cracking or brittleness.
