Cable Ties InLine 140 mm length 3.6 mm width Nylon black, pack of 1000
InLine nylon cable ties, 140 mm long and 3.6 mm wide, in black. This pack contains 1000 cable ties made of polyamide 6.6, designed for bundling and securing cables, wiring looms and small pipes in electrical, telecommunication and general installation tasks. The internal serration provides a reliable hold and the ties offer a tensile strength of 176.5 N for moderate-duty applications. These cable ties are suitable for indoor use and resist seawater, oils and greases; they comply with the ISO EN62275 standard.
The InLine cable ties combine a compact 140 mm length with a 3.6 mm width to deliver a balance of flexibility and grip for small to medium cable bundles. Made from polyamide 6.6, they provide chemical resistance to oils, greases and seawater and retain secure locking thanks to internal serrations. Supplied in a large pack of 1000 pieces, they are convenient for installers and service teams who require consistent, repeatable fastening performance. Compliance with ISO EN62275 ensures standardized manufacturing quality.
These cable ties are intended primarily for indoor use where moderate strength and corrosion resistance are required. They may not be suitable for heavy-duty applications that require higher tensile strength than 176.5 N, for continuous outdoor exposure to direct sunlight, or for installations that demand UV-stabilized or flame-retardant materials.
Wrap the cable tie around the bundle so the serrated side faces inward, insert the tail into the head and pull until the desired tightness is reached. For repeatable tension control or faster application on large volumes, use a manual or pneumatic cable tie tool calibrated for 3.6 mm width ties. Trim any excess tail close to the head for a neat finish. Store unused ties in a closed bag and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources to preserve material properties.
For consistent results, choose a tensioning tool when applying many ties and store the pack away from direct sunlight and heat. Use the ties indoors or in sheltered locations to maintain mechanical performance over time.
