InLine cable ties, 100 mm × 2.5 mm in white, are compact nylon fasteners designed for bundling and securing cables, wires and small components. Supplied in a pack of 100 pieces, each tie is manufactured from polyamide 6.6, a robust and abrasion-resistant plastic that provides good resistance to seawater, oil and grease. With a tensile strength of 78.5 N and an operating temperature range from −20 °C to 85 °C, these cable ties are suitable for light industrial applications, home or office cable management and other small-scale fastening tasks.
The locking teeth provide a secure grip and allow quick manual installation without additional tools. Polyamide 6.6 construction ensures mechanical strength and chemical resistance, while the compact dimensions make these ties practical for tight spaces and small cable runs. The white colour offers a neutral appearance that blends with most installations.
Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull to tighten around the cables or objects to be secured. Adjust tension manually until the bundle is held firmly; the locking teeth will prevent loosening. For a neat finish, trim the excess tail close to the head using scissors or cutting pliers. For repeated use or adjustments, replace the tie with a new one since these ties form a permanent lock when tightened.
Store cable ties in a closed bag away from direct sunlight and heat sources to avoid drying or degradation. Avoid prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light. Use these 100 mm ties for small bundles and light-duty applications; choose larger or UV-stabilised ties for heavier loads or outdoor installations.
