Cable ties InLine 150 mm × 2.5 mm, tensile 78.5 N, white, pack 100
InLine plastic cable ties, 150 mm long and 2.5 mm wide, are designed for bundling and securing wires, cables and hoses in general electrical, home and light industrial applications. Supplied in a pack of 100 and finished in white, these cable ties are made from durable polyamide 6.6, offering abrasion resistance and good chemical resistance to sea water, oil and grease. The self-locking teeth provide secure fastening with a tensile strength of 78.5 N and an operating temperature range from −20 °C to 85 °C.
These cable ties are easy to attach by hand and lock quickly with integrated teeth that prevent slippage. The polyamide 6.6 construction gives the ties robustness and abrasion resistance while maintaining flexibility across a wide temperature range. Their resistance to common contaminants such as seawater, oil and grease makes them suitable for both indoor and light outdoor tasks when protected from direct sunlight and heat. Supplied as a pack of 100, they offer convenient quantity for routine wiring and organizing jobs.
Wrap the cable tie around the bundle to be secured and insert the tapered end through the locking head. Pull the free end until the tie is snug around cables or hoses; do not over-tension beyond the specified tensile strength to avoid damaging insulated conductors or flexible tubing. Trim the excess tail close to the head for a neat finish. For repeated or precision-managed installations, use a tensioning tool to achieve consistent tension and clean cuts.
Store the cable ties in a closed bag and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or direct heat sources such as radiators to prevent drying and loss of mechanical properties. For applications requiring UV or high chemical resistance, select ties specifically rated for those conditions.
