Cable ties InLine 450 mm × 4.8 mm, tensile 215.7 N, white, 100 pcs
InLine cable ties, 450 mm long and 4.8 mm wide, supplied in a pack of 100 pieces. Manufactured from polyamide 6.6, these white cable ties are designed for bundling and securing cables, hoses and small components in electrical and installation applications. The ties feature serrated locking teeth for a secure grip and provide a tensile strength of 215.7 N. They withstand temperatures from -20 to 85 °C and are highly resistant to seawater, oil and grease. The ties can be released and reused only if the locking mechanism is intentionally disengaged.
These cable ties offer reliable holding power thanks to the robust polyamide 6.6 construction and the integrated locking teeth. Their 450 mm length and 4.8 mm width make them suitable for medium to large cable bundles while remaining easy to fasten by hand without special tools. The material’s resistance to seawater, oil and grease increases suitability for industrial and outdoor installation tasks, and the specified operating temperature range supports both indoor and many outdoor uses.
Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull until the bundle is held firmly by the locking teeth. For a tighter fit, pull the tail further while keeping the bundle aligned. To release and reuse a tie, locate the locking pawl and depress it to disengage the teeth, then slide the tail back through the head. Do not use damaged ties and avoid overtightening, which can deform cables or reduce the tie’s holding performance.
Store cable ties in a closed bag away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators to prevent drying and loss of mechanical properties. For outdoor exposures with prolonged UV contact, consider UV-stabilised variants; otherwise, inspect ties periodically for aging when used in harsh environments.
