InLine 200 mm x 5 mm cable marker ties are nylon cable ties with an integrated marking field and a eurohole for attaching tags or labels. Supplied as a pack of 100 pieces in black, these ties are designed for bundling and organizing cables, wires or hoses while providing a dedicated area for identification. Made from polyamide 6.6, they meet the ISO EN62275 standard and combine a locking mechanism with a marking surface to simplify cable management in electrical installations, network wiring and general use.
The integrated marking field (25 mm x 45 mm) and eurohole enable fast, clear labeling without separate adhesive labels. The internal teeth and reliable locking design provide strong fixation for secured bundles, while the polyamide 6.6 material offers resistance to seawater, oil and grease. The ties can be applied by hand or with standard auxiliary tools, making installation quick and adaptable to different working conditions.
Wrap the tie around the bundle to be secured, insert the tail into the head and pull until the desired tension is reached; the internal teeth will lock the tie in place. Use the marking field to write or attach a tag through the eurohole for identification. Ties can be applied manually or with compatible tools to achieve consistent tension and neat appearance.
Store the cable ties in a closed bag and protect them from direct sunlight and direct heat sources such as radiators; prolonged exposure to UV or heat can lead to desiccation and reduced performance.
