How to use

Before measuring, ensure batteries are installed and the display is reset to zero with the jaws fully closed. For external measurements, place the object between the jaws and slide until both jaws make firm contact without excessive force; read the value directly from the display. For internal measurements, use the smaller jaws at the top of the caliper, expand them inside the bore, and read the value. For depth measurements, extend the depth rod into the hole or groove from the end of the beam and read the indicated depth. After use, retract the jaws, switch off the display if applicable, and store the caliper in a protective case to prevent damage and contamination.
