How to use

Mount the spotlight on the Insta360 Flow gimbal according to the gimbal’s accessory interface, then power it on and select the required color temperature and brightness level. Rotate the lamp to direct light toward the front or rear camera lens as needed. Use lower brightness and warmer temperature for close-up portraits and increase brightness or choose cooler temperature for wider scenes or stronger fill.

Usage recommendations

For best results in low light, position the Flow Spotlight about 30–50 cm from the subject, start with mixed or warm color temperature to preserve natural skin tones, and adjust brightness in small increments to avoid overexposure. Avoid using the light in wet conditions since the unit is not waterproof.
