Sandpaper Sheets Irwin 115 x 140 mm on Paper Backing P60, 10 pcs
Irwin sandpaper sheets 115 x 140 mm on paper backing, abrasive grade P60, sold in a pack of 10. These coarse grit sheets are intended for heavy material removal tasks such as stripping old paint, eliminating rust, and shaping wood or metal. The sheets have a paper backing and do not feature dust-extraction holes, making them suitable for manual sanding and for use with sheet-compatible sanding tools that accept unperforated formats.
Coarse P60 abrasive provides efficient stock removal on wood, metal and painted surfaces while paper backing offers flexibility for contour sanding. The standardized 115 x 140 mm size fits common manual sanding blocks and many sheet-format sanders. Supplied as a pack of 10 sheets to ensure continuity of work and easy replacement. The lack of dust-extraction holes makes the sheets compatible with tools and workflows that do not require vacuum connection.
Select the P60 sandpaper sheet and attach it to a suitable sanding block or clamp it in a compatible sheet sander that accepts unperforated sheets. When sanding by hand, apply even pressure and use smooth, overlapping strokes along the grain on wood or across the surface on metal. Replace sheets when abrasive performance declines or when clogging reduces effectiveness. For machine sanding, ensure the tool accepts non-perforated sheets and follow the tool manufacturer's mounting instructions.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust mask and safety glasses. Use coarse P60 grit for rapid material removal, then progress to finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Avoid excessive pressure to reduce the risk of gouging soft materials and periodically clean or replace sheets to maintain consistent abrasive performance.
