How to use

Install the hob into a compatible 74 x 49 cm recess in the countertop following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and electrical connection requirements for 220–240 V supply. Use the touch panel slider to select one of the nine power levels for the chosen heating zone; for the main large zone combine the triple elements as required. Set the timer up to 99 minutes when needed; the hob will indicate residual heat after use and can shut off automatically according to safety settings. Keep cookware centered on the selected zone for even heating.

Usage recommendations

Use cookware with flat bottoms for optimal contact with the glass surface, avoid dragging heavy pots across the hob to prevent scratches, and clean spills promptly with suitable glass-ceramic cleaning products after the surface has cooled.
