Silicone ice cube tray with 21 square cavities measuring 3 x 3 cm each, made from 100% platinum-cured silicone that meets LFGB hygienic and safety standards. The flexible mould and included protective cover enable easy demoulding, stacking and spill prevention. The tray can be used to make plain ice cubes or to freeze ingredients such as lemon, orange, mint, coffee or small portions of sauces and broths.

How to use

Place the tray on a flat surface, open the protective cover, fill each cavity with water or desired ingredient, then close the cover to avoid spills when moving. Place the tray in the freezer until fully set. To remove cubes, flex the silicone mould gently until cubes release. For defrosting or warming contents, use the oven or microwave according to the silicone and food temperature limits. After use, clean the tray and cover in the dishwasher or wash by hand with warm soapy water.

Usage recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling cavities and allow sufficient freezing time before stacking multiple trays. When freezing liquids with solids (fruit, herbs, coffee), pour slowly to prevent air pockets. Check manufacturer's temperature guidelines before using at high oven temperatures.
