Sealant silicone JetWorld C25/102 Marble White 280 ml, neutral cure
JetWorld SILICONE C25/102 Marble White 280 ml is a neutral-cure silicone sealant formulated for elastic, waterproof joint sealing and glazing. Supplied in a 280 ml cartridge, the sealant cures to a durable, marble-white finish that blends with light-coloured surfaces and decorative stone effects. Being neutral cure, it minimises odour and is compatible with a wide range of substrates including glass, anodised aluminium, painted surfaces, ceramic tiles and many natural and engineered stones. The product is intended for interior and exterior use where a flexible, long-lasting seal is required.
The neutral-cure chemistry reduces corrosion risk on metal substrates and lowers volatile acidic emissions compared with acetic silicones. It cures to an elastic seal that resists water and moderate movement, providing a neat marble-white joint finish suitable for visible perimeters around windows, doors and sanitary fixtures. The cartridge format allows controlled application with standard caulking guns and simplifies replacement and repair work.
This neutral silicone is not formulated for structural glazing where high-strength adhesive properties are required; it provides elastic sealing rather than structural bonding. It may not adhere reliably to certain porous or freshly painted surfaces without appropriate priming, and it is not intended for continuous immersion applications where specialized underwater sealants are recommended.
Ensure joint surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease and old sealant. Cut the cartridge tip to the required bead size and use a standard caulking gun for application. Apply an even bead of silicone into the joint, then tool the surface within the sealant’s skin formation time to achieve a smooth finish. Allow the product to cure fully according to ambient temperature and humidity; avoid disturbing the joint during cure. For porous substrates or critical applications, test compatibility and consider a suitable primer.
Use in well-ventilated areas and store cartridges in a cool, dry place. For best adhesion on metal or stone, clean with an appropriate solvent and use a primer when indicated by substrate manufacturer recommendations. Follow local building codes and manufacturer instructions for joint width-to-depth ratios and movement allowances.
