JJC Filter Adapter 49mm AR-X100 for FUJI X100 Series (X100VI/X100V/X100F/X100T/X100S/X100/X70)
The JJC Filter Adapter 49mm AR-X100 is a precision accessory for FUJI X100 series cameras, enabling the attachment of standard 49mm screw-in filters and accessories to the camera's fixed lens. Designed to preserve lens alignment and the optical path, the adapter provides a secure threaded mount for neutral density (ND), circular polarizing, and protective filters without altering the camera's handling. Compatible models include X100VI, X100V, X100F, X100T, X100S, X100, and X70.
The adapter allows photographers to expand creative control by using widely available 49mm filters on a fixed-lens camera. It is engineered to maintain concentric alignment with the lens, ensuring consistent image quality and minimizing vignetting. The threaded design provides a stable, easy-to-attach interface for screw-in filters and small accessories while preserving the camera’s compact profile and street-ready ergonomics.
Align the adapter with the front of the camera’s fixed lens and slide it into position following any alignment marks or stops provided on the adapter. Secure the adapter so the thread sits flush and concentric with the lens front. Screw a 49mm filter clockwise onto the adapter until seated; avoid overtightening to prevent binding. When removing, unscrew the filter first, then gently detach the adapter from the lens. Verify that autofocus and exposure functions operate normally after installation.
Use slim-profile filters when possible to reduce the chance of vignetting, especially at wider focal settings. Clean threads on both the adapter and filters to ensure smooth attachment. For long-exposure work, pair the adapter with a high-quality ND filter and use a stable support such as a tripod.
