Socket, Jonnesway 7 mm 1/4" 6-point (S04H2107)
Jonnesway 7 mm 1/4" 6-point socket (model S04H2107) is a compact hand tool designed for fastening and loosening hex fasteners. It connects to a 1/4" drive ratchet or extension and provides a 6-point contact profile to engage bolt and nut heads securely while minimising rounding. The small size and precise fit make this socket suitable for tight spaces and tasks that require controlled torque application.
The 6-point geometry concentrates contact on the flats of fasteners to reduce slipping and rounding compared with some multi-point designs. A 1/4" drive interface ensures compatibility with common small ratchets, torque wrenches and bit adapters. The compact length and accurate 7 mm internal diameter provide reliable fitment on metric hex heads, enabling efficient transfer of manual torque and safer removal of slightly corroded or tight fasteners.
Attach the socket to a compatible 1/4" drive ratchet, spinner handle or extension. Place the socket squarely over the hex fastener and apply steady turning force, keeping the ratchet and socket aligned to avoid side loading. For loosening seized or corroded fasteners, apply penetrating lubricant first and use controlled force; if higher torque is required, use appropriate tools rated for the required torque rather than excessive manual force on a small drive. After use, clean the socket of debris and store it in a socket rail or case to maintain condition.
Use this 7 mm 1/4" 6-point socket for tasks requiring precise fit and access in tight spaces. Avoid impact tools or excessive torque beyond the capacity of a small 1/4" drive to prevent damage to the socket, drive tool, or fastener.
