Socket bit, Jonnesway hex (Allen) 1/2" drive, H4 x 100 mm long (S09H4304)
Jonnesway hex (Allen) socket bit S09H4304 is a 1/2" drive insert designed for use with ratchets, torque wrenches and impact drivers that accept 1/2" square drives. The bit has an H4 head size and a 100 mm overall length, providing extended reach for recessed or hard-to-access hex socket fasteners. Manufactured for mechanical and industrial maintenance applications, it is suitable for repetitive tightening and loosening tasks where a robust drive interface and accurate fit are required.
The 1/2" drive provides a secure connection to standard hand tools and power drives, reducing play during torque transfer. The H4 hex profile ensures a precise fit into internal hex fasteners, minimising rounding and wear. With a 100 mm length, the bit offers improved access to deep or obstructed fasteners without compromising control. It is built to withstand the torsional loads typical of automotive and industrial maintenance.
Insert the socket bit into the 1/2" square drive of a compatible ratchet, torque wrench or impact driver until it seats securely. Align the H4 tip with the internal hex socket of the fastener and apply steady rotational force. For torque-controlled fastening, use a calibrated torque wrench and apply the specified torque value for the fastener and material. Remove the bit by pulling it straight out of the drive when the operation is complete.
Use the bit with appropriately rated tools and avoid exceeding recommended torque values for the fastener material. Inspect the hex tip for wear before use and replace the bit if rounding or damage is present to prevent fastener damage.
