Socket Allen bit Jonnesway 1/2" drive H16 x 100 mm model S09H4316
Jonnesway S09H4316 is a 1/2" drive hex (Allen) socket bit H16 x 100 mm designed for use with 1/2" ratchets and torque tools. The 100 mm length gives extended reach to access deeply recessed or hard-to-reach internal hex fasteners while maintaining full engagement of the H16 head. The bit is intended for workshop and professional repair tasks where controlled torque application and reliable hex engagement are required.
The 1/2" drive connection ensures compatibility with standard half-inch ratchets and torque wrenches, allowing safe torque transfer. The 100 mm shank provides extra reach without sacrificing torsional strength. Precision-machined hex profile delivers accurate fit to H16 fasteners, reducing cam-out and wear. The robust construction is suitable for repeated use in workshop environments.
Insert the 1/2" drive end into a compatible ratchet or torque wrench and ensure it is securely seated. Position the H16 hex tip into the internal hex recess of the fastener, maintaining axial alignment to avoid side loading. Apply torque smoothly and within the rated limits of your ratchet or torque tool. For removal, reverse the tool direction and maintain steady control to prevent slippage. After use, inspect the hex tip for rounding and store the bit in a protective holder to prevent damage.
Use with appropriately rated torque tools and sockets; avoid excessive impact or side-loading. For highest accuracy when tightening critical fasteners, use a calibrated torque wrench and follow the fastener manufacturer's torque specifications. Regularly inspect the hex profile for wear and replace the bit if rounding or deformation is observed.
