Adapter for bits 3/8" to 1/4" Jonnesway S44H3206A
Jonnesway S44H3206A is a compact socket-style adapter that converts a 3/8" (9.5 mm) square drive into a 1/4" (6.35 mm) hex bit holder. Designed to allow use of 1/4" screwdriver bits with 3/8" drive tools, it expands compatibility between ratchets, torque wrenches and bit sockets in workshop and mobile toolkits. The adapter is intended as a simple mechanical interface to transfer torque from tools with a larger square drive to smaller hex bits without changing the driving tool.
The adapter provides a secure fit between 3/8" drive tools and 1/4" bits while keeping overall length and weight minimal. Its socket-style mounting keeps the bit aligned under load and simplifies swapping bits compared with improvised solutions. Using a purpose-built adapter reduces wear on bits and drive tools by ensuring correct seat and engagement. The compact form factor makes it convenient to carry in a toolbox, socket rail or a compact service kit.
Insert the adapter into the 3/8" square drive of your ratchet, torque wrench or handle until it seats fully. Insert the 1/4" hex bit into the adapter's bit holder and ensure it engages securely. Apply torque within the rated limits of your bit and driving tool. Remove the bit and adapter by pulling them free or using the tool's release mechanism if present. Inspect the bit and adapter before use for wear or damage.
Use the adapter with compatible 1/4" bits and avoid exceeding the torque capacity of the bits or the adapter. For tasks requiring precise torque, use a calibrated torque wrench and appropriate bit; for high-torque applications, use full-size sockets sized to the application rather than a step-down adapter.
