Description

The Kanlux Roger DL-LED12 is a high-quality ground-recessed luminaire engineered for effective outdoor illumination. This compact 1W LED fixture provides a reliable lighting solution for various exterior spaces, combining energy efficiency with a robust design. Its IP66 ingress protection rating ensures that the unit is completely sealed against dust and protected from powerful water jets, allowing it to function consistently in challenging weather conditions.

Advantages

The primary benefit of this luminaire is its exceptional durability and resistance to environmental factors. The construction is specifically designed to withstand the rigors of outdoor installation, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance requirements. Its low power consumption makes it an economical choice for long-term lighting projects, while the recessed design allows for a clean, unobtrusive aesthetic that integrates seamlessly into paved surfaces or garden landscapes.

Suitable for

  • Illuminating garden paths and walkways
  • Highlighting driveway edges
  • Accent lighting for landscape features
  • Outdoor architectural lighting

When it may not be suitable

This luminaire is not intended for underwater installation or areas subject to prolonged flooding. It is also not suitable for applications requiring high-intensity floodlighting, as its primary purpose is decorative or orientation lighting.

Key specifications

  • Power consumption: 1W
  • Ingress protection: IP66
  • Mounting type: Ground recessed
  • Application: Outdoor

How to use

The luminaire should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical regulations. Ensure that all electrical connections are sealed correctly to maintain the integrity of the IP66 rating.

What to consider before purchase

  • Verify the load-bearing capacity of the installation surface
  • Ensure adequate drainage is available at the installation site
  • Check compatibility with existing outdoor electrical systems
