LED Tube Bulb Kanlux 33212 T8 G13 18 W 4000 K 2880 lm CRI 80
Kanlux 33212 is a T8 LED tube with a G13 bi-pin cap, providing 2880 lumens at a neutral 4000 K white. Rated at 18 W and designed to fit standard G13 fixtures, this LED tube offers energy-efficient general lighting suitable for offices, retail spaces, workshops and residential areas. The tube delivers a CRI of 80, ensuring acceptable colour rendering for everyday interior illumination.
The LED tube replaces higher‑consumption fluorescent equivalents while consuming only 18 W, reducing energy use and operating costs. Its 4000 K neutral white output provides balanced illumination for tasks and public spaces. The G13 linear form factor and glass construction allow straightforward installation into fixtures with compatible bi‑pin sockets.
This tube has a colour rendering index of 80, which is adequate for many general lighting applications but may be insufficient where high colour accuracy is required, such as professional photography, fine art studios or colour-critical inspection tasks. It is intended for fixtures with G13 bi‑pin sockets and will not fit fittings that require different caps or integrated driver systems.
Install the tube into a compatible fixture that accepts G13 bi‑pin lamps. Ensure the circuit is switched off before handling or replacing the lamp. If the existing fixture contains a starter or ballast designed for fluorescent tubes, follow the fixture manufacturer’s instructions: some installations require bypassing or replacing the ballast to run LED tubes correctly. After secure placement in the sockets, restore power and verify correct operation.
For consistent performance, use the LED tube in dry indoor environments and avoid switching frequently in short intervals. If precise colour rendering is important, consider a lamp with a higher CRI. When replacing multiple tubes, use tubes with the same colour temperature and batch to ensure uniform light appearance across the installation.
