Food Processor Kenwood kMix 1000 W 5 L Red
The Kenwood kMix stand mixer combines a 1000 W motor with a 5 L stainless steel bowl and metal housing to provide reliable mixing, whisking and kneading for everyday cooking and baking. The mixer features electronic speed control, a non-splash design and easy-fit attachment outlets located at the front of the machine. It comes in a red finish and is compatible with a range of optional attachments to expand its functions.
The kMix offers a powerful motor and a generously sized stainless steel bowl that handle both heavy doughs and delicate whipping. Electronic speed control enables smooth acceleration to the chosen speed to reduce splashing, and the machine stops automatically when the head is lifted for added safety. Included non-stick bowl tools (K-beater, balloon whisk and dough hook) are shaped to reach the base and sides of the bowl for consistent results, and most parts are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
Place the mixer on a stable, level surface and fit the stainless steel bowl into the base. Select and attach the appropriate tool for the task (K-beater for mixing, whisk for aerating, dough hook for kneading) and lower the head into position. Start at a low speed and use the electronic speed control to increase gradually until the desired consistency is reached. Lift the head to stop the machine before removing the bowl or changing attachments.
For best results, use the K-beater for combining dry and wet ingredients, the balloon whisk for whisking egg whites or cream, and the dough hook for kneading stiff doughs. Do not exceed recommended mixing times for delicate batters to avoid overworking the mixture. Clean removable tools and the bowl after each use; follow the user manual for safety and maintenance instructions.
