67mm Nano X MCUV Lens Filter — K&F Concept KF01.968
K&F Concept 67mm Nano X MCUV Lens Filter is a multi-coated ultraviolet filter designed for lenses with a 67mm filter thread. It reduces ultraviolet haze that can cause softness or bluish casts in outdoor photos while providing a physical protective layer for the front element against dust, minor scratches and moisture. The filter maintains accurate colour rendering and supports the use of screw-in lens caps and most lens hoods without interfering with normal lens operation.
The Nano X multi-coating minimizes reflections and ghosting, improving contrast in bright conditions and helping to preserve image clarity. The thin optical glass construction reduces vignetting on wide-angle lenses while maintaining mechanical strength. The threaded aluminium ring offers secure mounting and easy installation, and the filter’s anti-smudge and water-repellent surface makes cleaning quicker and reduces the risk of moisture-related marks.
Screw the filter gently onto the lens’ front thread until it sits securely; avoid cross-threading by aligning the threads before turning. Use the filter for outdoor scenes where UV haze may reduce clarity or when you want to protect the front element during transport and use. If stacking filters, ensure the combined thickness does not cause vignetting on wide-angle lenses. Clean the coated surface with a soft microfiber cloth and a suitable lens cleaning solution to remove fingerprints or smudges.
For best results in landscape and travel photography, leave the MCUV filter mounted on the lens to protect the front element and reduce UV haze. When shooting in very wet or sandy environments, use additional protection such as a lens hood and wipe the filter promptly with a soft cloth to maintain the coating’s performance.
