Fire extinguisher spray KIDDE Flame Out 500 ml, aerosol fire suppressant
KIDDE Flame Out 500 ml is a compact aerosol fire suppressant designed for rapid response to small fires. The 500 ml can contains a ready-to-use extinguishing agent formulated to control Class A (solids) and Class B (flammable liquids) fires and to tackle electrical fires at low voltage. Lightweight and portable, this aerosol spray provides a temporary, immediate intervention suitable for homes, vehicles, boats and workshops until professional firefighters arrive.
The aerosol format offers one-handed operation and quick directional application to the seat of the fire. Its compact size allows easy storage in cupboards, glove compartments, under seats or in toolboxes. Because the agent is ready to use, no additional preparation is required at the time of deployment. The product is intended as a first-response tool for small localized fires and for use in confined spaces where a portable extinguisher is needed.
Before use, ensure you have a clear escape route and maintain a safe distance from the fire. Remove any safety cap, aim the nozzle toward the base of the flames and press the actuator to discharge the extinguishing agent. Sweep the spray from side to side to cover the burning area until the flame is suppressed. After use, monitor the area for re-ignition and, if the fire cannot be controlled quickly, evacuate immediately and call emergency services.
Store the can in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Check the can periodically for damage or corrosion and replace after any discharge. Use this aerosol as a temporary first-response measure for small, localized fires; it is not a substitute for a full-size fire extinguisher or professional firefighting equipment.
