Mineralizing Inline Cartridge for Tankless Water Systems Klarwod L-MIN RO BOX
The Mineralizing Inline Cartridge for Tankless Water Systems Klarwod L-MIN RO BOX is an inline post-filter designed to reintroduce essential minerals into purified water after reverse osmosis or tight filtration. Supplied as a ready-to-install module with a complete set of connection fittings, this cartridge is intended for tankless (tank-free) point-of-use installations in domestic and light commercial environments. It aims to improve drinking and cooking water by balancing pH, enhancing mouthfeel and restoring mineral content that may have been removed during purification.
This inline mineralizing cartridge delivers a controlled remineralization process without the need for an external tank, keeping the installation compact and suitable for under-sink or countertop systems. The cartridge includes connection fittings to simplify integration with existing tankless reverse osmosis or filtration lines. By restoring calcium and magnesium compounds and stabilizing pH, the unit helps produce water with improved taste and reduced aggressiveness toward plumbing and utensils compared with demineralized water.
Install the cartridge in the cold-water line after the final purification stage following the manufacturer's installation instructions. Connect inlet and outlet fittings to the existing tankless RO or filtration tubing ensuring correct flow direction. Flush the cartridge according to recommended initial flow times to remove any packing fines and to condition the media before regular use. Replace the cartridge at intervals recommended by the system manufacturer or when output water quality or flow rate indicates reduced performance.
For consistent results, monitor output water pH and mineral levels periodically and follow local guidelines for potable water. Use only for cold potable water; avoid exposure to high temperatures or aggressive chemicals. When replacing or servicing the cartridge, turn off the water supply and relieve system pressure before disconnecting fittings.
