Klarwod 7-stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter with Mineralizer and Bioceramics, 75 GPD Membrane, 3.2 Gal Tank
The Klarwod 7-stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter with Mineralizer and Bioceramics is a point-of-use system designed to produce drinking water with reduced dissolved solids, chlorine, sediments and common contaminants. The system combines sediment and carbon pre-filters, a 75 GPD reverse osmosis membrane and a post-treatment stage that adds minerals and passes water through bioceramic media. A 3.2 gallon storage tank provides immediate access to purified water for household use and improves taste by restoring selected minerals after the RO process.
The multi-stage design delivers layered protection: coarse sediment removal, activated carbon adsorption of chlorine and organic compounds, high-rejection reverse osmosis filtration for dissolved solids, and a mineralizer/bioceramic stage to stabilize pH and enhance mouthfeel. With a 75 GPD membrane and 3.2 gallon tank, the system balances daily production rate and stored capacity to meet typical kitchen or point-of-use demands. Components are arranged for straightforward replacement of pre-filters and maintenance without altering the core membrane chamber.
Install the unit under a sink or at the designated point-of-use following the manufacturer’s installation guide and local plumbing codes. Connect the feed line to the cold water supply, route the purified water line to the included faucet or dispenser, and attach the drain line for RO concentrate. After installation, allow the system to fill and flush according to initial start-up instructions before using the water for drinking or cooking. Replace pre-filters and post-filters at intervals recommended by the manufacturer and inspect the membrane and tank periodically to ensure performance.
Use the Klarwod system with cold municipal or treated well water that falls within the unit’s acceptable feed water parameters. For water supplies with high turbidity or heavy sediment, add or more frequently replace sediment pre-filters. Follow the scheduled maintenance for filter replacement and sanitization to maintain contaminant reduction and water taste. If your source water has unusually high total dissolved solids or specific contaminants of concern, test the water first and consult product documentation or a water treatment professional to confirm suitability.
