Sandpaper Sheets KLINGSPOR 230x280 mm grit P320 1 pc (45238)
KLINGSPOR sandpaper sheet 230×280 mm with P320 grit is designed for fine sanding and precise surface preparation on wood, painted surfaces, varnish and metal. Supplied as a single sheet, it fits manual sanding and sheet-holding sanding tools and is intended for finishing tasks where a fine abrasive is required to achieve smooth surfaces prior to coating, polishing or assembly.
The P320 abrasive provides a fine grain that removes minor imperfections, smooths edges and refines surface texture without excessive material removal. The 230×280 mm format is compatible with many hand sanding blocks and sheet holders, allowing controlled sanding over flat and contoured areas. The sheet construction and abrasive quality ensure even wear and consistent performance during finishing operations.
Use the KLINGSPOR P320 sheet by securing it to a sanding block or appropriate sheet holder for even pressure and better control. Sand with light to moderate pressure, moving the sheet along the grain on wood or using gentle, overlapping strokes on painted surfaces to avoid visible marks. Replace the sheet when abrasive efficiency decreases or the surface is clogged with debris. When sanding metal, keep movements steady and avoid excessive force that could heat or deform the workpiece.
For best results, start with a coarser grit if heavy material removal is required, then finish with the P320 sheet to achieve a smooth surface. Use appropriate personal protective equipment—dust mask and eye protection—especially when sanding painted or metal surfaces. Store the sheet flat in a dry place to maintain abrasive performance.
