How to use

Select the appropriate cable and set the fine adjustment dial according to the insulation material and ambient temperature. Insert the cable into the jaws to the required stop position and close the tool so the parabolic blades cut around the insulation. The tool then strips the insulation off automatically. Use the built-in cutter on top to cut cables when needed and adjust the length stop for repeatable strip lengths.

Usage recommendations

For special materials (very soft insulation) or in very hot or cold conditions, use the tactile detent positions on the fine adjustment dial to pre-set the stripping pressure. Verify settings on a scrap piece of cable before starting series work to avoid conductor damage.
