KNIPEX Twistor16® crimping tool set in a TANOS MINI-systainer® includes a crimping tool with a rotating head and stackable insert case. The Twistor16® mechanism provides a square crimp profile across a wide capacity range and a forced locking mechanism that ensures consistent high-quality crimps. The MINI-systainer® with T‑Loc closure stores the tool and up to twelve connectors securely in two plastic inserts.

Advantages

The Twistor16® crimping head rotates to allow flexible access when crimping wire end sleeves and supports a broad range of conductor cross-sections from 0.14 to 16 mm². The tool accepts extra-long wire end sleeves that can be pushed up and can compress twin wire end sleeves up to 2 x 6 mm². The forced locking mechanism locks during crimping for reproducible results and can be unlocked after the operation. The MINI-systainer® features a T‑Loc one-handed closure and two stackable inserts with six recesses each for neat storage of connectors and sleeves.

How to use
