The Knipex 12 40 200 cable stripper with black plastic handle (200 mm, 202 g) is designed for stripping insulation from single, multiple and fine-stranded conductors with plastic or rubber jackets. It automatically adapts to the cable cross-section to avoid conductor damage, and the cutting depth can be adjusted to suit different insulation materials. The tool also includes a built-in wire cutter for copper and aluminium conductors (multiple-stranded up to 10 mm², single-stranded up to 6 mm²). The body is made of glass fibre reinforced plastic and the blade is oil-hardened special tool steel.
