The Cartridge Kodak PHC-40 40 Photos Black is a single-cartridge solution for printing up to 40 photos with Kodak D2T2 printing technology. It contains color patches inside the cartridge and an overcoating layer that laminates each print during production, providing print durability and eliminating the need to dry photos after printing. The cartridge is compatible with Kodak photo printers and is suitable for producing portrait photos with accurate facial texture reproduction.

Advantages

Only one cartridge is required to produce full-color prints; color patches inside the cartridge supply Yellow, Magenta and Cyan sequentially while an integrated overcoating layer protects the image from fingerprints and humidity. Prints are long-lasting and the laminated overcoating helps preserve color stability for over 10 years under normal storage conditions. The cartridge is simple to insert and remove for quick replacement.

How to use

Insert the cartridge into the printer by pushing it into the cartridge slot until it seats. The printer draws color from patches contained inside the cartridge and applies Yellow, Magenta and Cyan layers consecutively, followed by an overcoating layer. After printing up to 40 sheets, remove the spent cartridge by pulling it out with two fingers and insert a replacement cartridge to resume printing.

Usage recommendations

Store unused cartridges in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. For best longevity of prints, keep finished photos under normal storage conditions; color stability is expected for more than 10 years when stored properly.
