Koelner Piana montażowa 660 ml RPS-K is a polyurethane assembly foam supplied in a flexible nozzle format for controlled, one-handed application. Its nozzle-applied design helps reach narrow or recessed gaps and ensures more precise dosing compared with standard cans.

How to use

Prepare surfaces by removing dust, grease and loose particles; dampen very dry surfaces slightly with water to improve adhesion and curing. Shake the can if applicable, attach the flexible nozzle and apply foam from the bottom of the gap moving upward to allow uniform filling. Fill gaps partially to allow for expansion, and trim excess cured foam with a knife or saw once fully cured. Clean uncured foam from tools and surfaces using a suitable solvent or foam cleaner; cured foam must be removed mechanically.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate protective gloves and eye protection during application. Avoid applying foam at temperatures outside the recommended working range and ensure adequate ventilation. For load-bearing fixes or structural bonding, use mechanical fasteners in addition to foam according to project requirements and applicable standards.
