Router Kraft&Dele KD1683-Z — plunge/hand router, 6–8 mm collet, up to 30,000 RPM
The Kraft&Dele KD1683-Z router is powered by an efficient 1900 W electric motor and offers adjustable rotation speed up to 30,000 RPM for versatile routing tasks. The tool includes a depth limiter for precise cutting depth settings, a dust outlet for connection to a vacuum cleaner to keep the work area cleaner, and a switch lock system with an additional locking button for continuous operation.
The router provides high motor power (1900 W) and a wide speed range (11,000–30,000 rpm) with five-step adjustment, enabling accurate control for different materials and cutter diameters. A clearly adjustable depth stop allows repeatable cuts up to 52 mm. The dust outlet supports cleaner working conditions when connected to a vacuum, and the switch lock increases user convenience during extended use.
Secure the router to a stable work surface or hold it firmly with both hands. Install a compatible 6–8 mm shank bit and set the desired rotation speed using the five-step control according to the material and bit type. Adjust the depth limiter to the required cutting depth (up to 52 mm) and connect a vacuum to the dust outlet if cleaner operation is needed. Press the handle switch to start and engage the additional lock button for continuous operation when appropriate. Always follow safety instructions for personal protective equipment and secure the workpiece before routing.
For best results, start with lower speeds for hard woods and smaller cutters, and increase speed for softer materials and larger cutters. Use the depth limiter to make multiple shallow passes rather than a single deep cut to maintain control and reduce tool wear. Always connect a dust extractor when working with fine dust-producing materials.
