Gas Soldering Iron Kraft&Dele KD-1499, 3-in-1, adjustable 25 W–80 W
Kraft&Dele KD-1499 is a gas-powered 3-in-1 soldering iron with an adjustable power range of 25 W–80 W. It is designed to perform soldering, desoldering and heat-shrinking tasks without connection to mains power, making it suitable for field repairs, electronics work and general DIY projects. The unit runs on butane gas and comes with interchangeable tips to support multiple applications while remaining compact and portable.
The KD-1499 provides cord-free operation, enabling use where electrical outlets are unavailable. Adjustable output between 25 W and 80 W allows control over temperature-related performance to match delicate electronics or heavier joints. Interchangeable tips expand functionality for soldering, desoldering and heat-shrinking jobs, and the compact design supports easy transport and storage.
Fill the device with butane according to the manufacturer’s refilling instructions, then select and attach the appropriate tip for the task. Adjust the power setting within the 25 W–80 W range to suit the component or joint being worked on. Ignite and allow the tip to reach operating temperature before applying to the workpiece. For desoldering, use the desoldering tip and appropriate technique to remove solder; for heat-shrinking, select a lower power and evenly apply heat until the tubing contracts. Allow the tip to cool after use and store in a safe, ventilated place.
Use in a well-ventilated area and follow safety instructions for handling flammable gas. Choose lower power settings for sensitive components to reduce thermal stress and higher settings for larger joints. Always allow the tool to cool fully before changing tips or refilling gas, and use recommended replacement tips to maintain performance.
