Masonry drill bit KWB 108840 12 pc(s)
Stone drill bit set KWB 108840 with 12 carbide-tipped bits in common diameters: 3 mm; 2×4 mm; 2×5 mm; 2×6 mm; 7 mm; 2×8 mm; 9 mm; 10 mm. The set is intended for drilling masonry, natural stone, artificial stone and lime sandstone. Bits have hard metal (carbide) tips for reliable penetration and longer life. Shafts are E6.3 to fit standard impact drills and cordless screwdrivers. The set is supplied in a compact S storage box for neat storage and transport.
The KWB 108840 set offers a range of frequently used diameters with duplicates of popular sizes, carbide tips for improved wear resistance and drilling performance in hard materials, and an E6.3 shank that ensures compatibility with most commercial impact drills and cordless drivers. The included S storage box keeps the pieces organized and protected.
Select a drill bit of the required diameter, insert it into the drill chuck and secure firmly. Use the impact setting on your hammer or impact drill when working in masonry, stone or similar materials. Start drilling at low speed to create a guide point, then increase speed and apply steady pressure. Withdraw the bit occasionally to clear dust and prevent overheating. For cordless drills, monitor battery charge to maintain consistent performance.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection). Match the drill bit diameter to the anchor or fastener size. For best results in very hard stone, use short drilling intervals and allow the bit to cool between passes.
