Diagonal pliers KWB 389310
The KWB 389310 diagonal pliers are electronic side-cutting pliers designed for precise cutting of fine copper wire and work on electronic components. Made from chromium‑vanadium (CV) steel with a matt satin finish and a slim shape, these pliers have a compact overall length of 110 mm and a two-component handle for improved power transfer and comfortable, fatigue‑reduced working. The tool is self-opening and supplied with a practical plastic pliers holder that can be screwed to a workshop wall.
Compact 110 mm design allows access to tight spaces and intricate assemblies. CV steel construction and satin finish provide durability and corrosion resistance for long service life. Two-component grip ensures secure hold and efficient force transmission while reducing hand fatigue. Self-opening jaws speed up repetitive cutting tasks. Included screw-on plastic holder offers convenient, accessible storage in the workshop.
Position the wire or component between the cutting edges near the pliers' pivot for the cleanest cut, then squeeze the two-component handles evenly until the wire is severed. For repetitive cuts, allow the pliers to self-open between strokes to maintain a steady rhythm. Use the included plastic holder to store the pliers at workstation height by fastening the clip to a suitable surface with a screw.
Use the pliers only on copper wire up to the specified Ø 1.5 mm and avoid cutting hardened steel or nails. Keep cutting edges clean and free of debris; store the tool in the supplied holder to prevent damage. For safety, wear appropriate eye protection when cutting small wires or components.
