Thin-cut circular saw blades KWB 586654
The KWB thin-cut circular saw blade KWB 586654 is a tungsten-carbide-tipped blade designed for durable, precise and clean cuts. It is intended for cordless circular hand saws and can also be used with corded machines. The blade is suitable for cutting solid wood, laminated boards such as work surfaces and kitchen worktops, blockboard, chipboard, fibreboard and glass fibre reinforced plastics. The pack contains one blade with a diameter of 190 mm and a bore of 20 mm.
Thin-cut design with flutes ensures faster, more efficient cutting and reduced material waste. Tungsten carbide tips provide long-lasting sharpness and reliable performance. The blade produces precise, clean cuts across a range of wood-based materials and glass fibre reinforced plastics. Compatibility with both cordless and corded circular saws adds versatility.
Install the blade on a compatible circular saw following the saw manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the saw is disconnected from power (or battery removed) while changing the blade. Secure the workpiece and set appropriate cutting speed and depth for the material. Feed the saw steadily and avoid forcing it; allow the tungsten carbide tips to cut at their designed feed rate. After use, clean any residue and store the blade in a dry place.
Use suitable personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and dust mask) and clamps to secure workpieces. Match the blade speed and feed rate to the material being cut and check compatibility of the 20 mm bore with your saw’s arbor; use a reducer bushing if required.
