Thin-cut circular saw blades KWB 587856
The KWB thin-cut circular saw blade (model 587856) is a tungsten carbide tipped blade designed for precise, clean cuts in solid wood, laminated boards, blockboard, chipboard, fibreboard and glass fibre reinforced plastics. It is intended for use in cordless circular hand saws and is also suitable for corded machines. The blade has a diameter of 210 mm and a bore size of 30 mm; each pack contains one blade.
Tungsten carbide tipped teeth provide long wear resistance and consistent cutting performance. The thin-cut design reduces material waste and requires less motor power for faster feed rates. Fluted tooth geometry improves chip clearance and contributes to smoother, cleaner cuts on a variety of sheet and solid materials.
Fit the blade to the saw following the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the correct bore alignment and secure fastening. Use appropriate cutting speed and feed rate for the material; maintain steady pressure and allow the blade to do the cutting. For best results with laminated or coated boards, cut with the finished face down when using a standard circular saw to reduce edge chipping. Inspect the blade before use and replace it when wear or damage is visible.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, dust mask and gloves). Match the blade bore and diameter to the saw, check rotational direction marks, and avoid excessive lateral force. For prolonged blade life, store dry and avoid cutting materials with embedded metals or excessive moisture.
