Grinding disc KWB 795724 for angle grinder — metal, Ø 125 mm, 1 pc
KWB 795724 is a 125 mm grinding disc engineered for use with standard angle grinders and intended specifically for work on metal. The disc uses zirconium-coated abrasive leaves arranged as a flap disc, providing consistent material removal for tasks such as deburring, weld cleaning, surface preparation and rust removal. Supplied as a single unit, this KWB abrasive disc is suitable for professional and DIY applications where a durable zirconium abrasive and a high peripheral speed are required.
The zirconium abrasive coating and a large number of overlapping leaves deliver efficient cutting and a long service life compared with conventional abrasive discs. Designed for operation at a peripheral disc speed of up to 80 m/s, the disc maintains performance under continuous use. Its 125 mm diameter fits all common angle grinders that accept 125 mm discs, allowing straightforward replacement and compatibility with standard backing and mounting systems.
Mount the KWB 125 mm grinding disc on an angle grinder that accepts 125 mm discs, following the grinder manufacturer’s instructions for safe installation and tightening. Operate the grinder at appropriate speed for the workpiece while applying moderate, even pressure; avoid excessive force that can overheat the abrasive or damage the workpiece. Use steady, overlapping passes to achieve a uniform surface finish and to extend disc life. Replace the disc when the abrasive leaves are significantly worn or performance declines.
Always use appropriate personal protective equipment: safety goggles or face shield, gloves, hearing protection and protective clothing. Check the angle grinder’s guard and mounting flange before use, and ensure the chosen disc is compatible with the grinder’s maximum speed rating. Store the disc in a dry environment away from extreme temperatures to preserve abrasive performance.
