Attach optional sector antennas if extended directional coverage is required, and connect BLE or USB peripherals for IoT or signage applications.

Usage recommendations

For best performance in high-density environments, enable OFDMA and MU‑MIMO features, use 5 GHz where possible with band steering to shift capable clients away from 2.4 GHz, and consider 160 MHz channels only when nearby networks will not cause interference. Use WPA3 for client authentication when supported; otherwise maintain WPA2 as a fallback. For critical installations, adopt the device into the LANCOM Management Cloud to enable centralized updates, monitoring and automated configuration rollouts.
