Rotary level Laserliner BeamControl-Master
The Laserliner BeamControl-Master is a high-performance rotary laser for horizontal and vertical alignment tasks. It emits a 635 nm visible laser beam and includes a lightweight 165 cm aluminium tripod and a Flexi levelling staff. The set combines a robust rotary head with a SpotLite marking function and a SensoCommander 120 receiver/remote to support plumbing, alignment and scan applications with precise, durable construction.
The rotary laser offers vertical reference beam capability, adjustable scan angles and multiple operating modes including point, rotary and scan modes. Rotary speed is adjustable up to 550 RPM for better visibility at lower speeds, and a hand receiver mode provides stable reception at continuously high speeds. The die-cast zinc platform ensures long-term stability, while the SpotLite function reduces parallax errors. The included SensoCommander 120 integrates a laser receiver, infrared remote control, LEDs and an adhesion magnet. The tripod features a professional 5/8" thread and durable steel feet, and the Flexi levelling staff allows quick level difference readings without additional calculations.
Mount the BeamControl-Master on the tripod using the 5/8" thread and switch on the device. Use the self-levelling or manual adjustment to establish the horizontal or vertical reference beam. Select the required mode: point mode for fixed positions (remote control can fine-tune the point), rotary mode for 360° reference lines with adjustable speed, or scan mode to project a bright line of selectable width and position. Attach the SensoCommander 120 as needed to detect the beam at greater distances or in bright conditions and use the Flexi levelling staff to read differences in floor heights quickly.
For best accuracy, set up the tripod on a stable surface, allow the unit to self-level before taking measurements, and calibrate or check alignment periodically according to site conditions. Use the SpotLite marking when transferring points to avoid parallax, and operate the receiver mode in bright environments or at long ranges.
