Lee Filters Circular Polarizer LANDPL105 is a 105 mm circular polarizing filter designed to reduce reflections from non-metallic surfaces and to increase color saturation and contrast in outdoor photography. It cuts glare from water and glass, deepens blue skies and makes clouds more prominent. The filter screws onto the front of a 105 mm holder, leaving both holder slots free for additional filters, and can be rotated in its front holder ring to adjust the polarizing effect. It also has a slight warm bias that enhances greens, browns and golds often found in landscape scenes.

How to use

Screw the polarizer onto the Lee 105 mm front holder ring so it sits in front of the holder and leaves the two filter slots free. Look through the viewfinder or live view while rotating the filter in its front ring to adjust the strength and orientation of the polarizing effect until reflections, sky contrast or color saturation reach the desired level. The filter is most effective when used at roughly a right angle to the sun. For scenes with glass or water, rotate until reflections are reduced or enhanced as required.
