Featuring a durable construction of sturdy carton covered with protective plastic, this binder provides long-lasting protection for important paperwork. Equipped with the patented 180° precision mechanism, it allows for a 50% wider opening and 20% faster filing compared to standard mechanisms, enabling you to file from both sides effortlessly. With an 80mm spine width, the lever arch file accommodates up to 600 sheets of A4 paper, keeping your desk and workspace clean, orderly, and professional.

Advantages

This lever arch file stands out due to its innovative engineering and robust build quality. The unique 180° mechanism undergoes rigorous testing and ensures precise alignment even after thousands of uses, significantly reducing the time spent on daily document management tasks. The combination of durable carton and wipe-clean plastic exterior protects contents from dust, moisture, and general wear and tear. Furthermore, its high sheet capacity minimizes the total number of binders required for large projects, optimizing storage space on shelves and in cabinets.

Suitable for

• Archiving large volumes of financial, legal, or administrative A4 documents
• Organizing project materials in corporate offices or home workspaces
• Sorting study notes, assignments, and reference materials for students
• Long-term archiving where reliable protection and frequent access are both required

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be suitable if you only need to store a very small number of loose sheets, as a standard folder or pocket might be more practical. Additionally, if you require a compact binder for transport in a slim backpack, the 80mm spine width and rigid hardcover construction may take up more space than desired.

How to use

To use the lever arch file, pull up the metal lever of the 180° mechanism to unlock the rings. Place your punched A4 documents directly onto the mechanism pins. Because the mechanism opens wider than traditional binders, you can easily add or remove pages from either the left or the right side. Once your documents are securely in place, push the metal lever down completely until it clicks to lock the rings and keep your papers firmly secured during storage or retrieval.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your documents are standard A4 size and have been punched with a compatible hole punch.
• Ensure you have sufficient shelf space, keeping in mind the 81 mm width of the spine.
• Consider the volume of paper you need to store to ensure the 600-sheet capacity meets your archiving requirements.

Usage recommendations

For optimal document organization, label the spine clearly and store the lever arch file upright on a stable shelf away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture to maintain the integrity of the carton and plastic materials over time.
