Esselte 13089 A4 Transparent Polypropylene Sheet Protector

The Esselte 13089 A4 Transparent Polypropylene Sheet Protector is a practical and reliable solution for organizing, storing, and protecting your important documents. Manufactured from durable transparent polypropylene, this sheet protector ensures that your papers remain clearly visible while being safeguarded against everyday dirt, dust, and physical wear. Designed specifically for standard A4 documents, it is an essential accessory for both office and school environments where efficient document management is required.

Advantages

This sheet protector offers a high level of transparency, allowing you to read and review stored documents without needing to remove them from the sleeve. The durable polypropylene material provides reliable resistance against tearing and moisture, ensuring long-term archiving safety for frequently handled papers. Its lightweight construction prevents unnecessary bulk in folders and binders, while the precise dimensions fit standard A4 filing systems seamlessly.

Suitable for

• Archiving office reports and business correspondence
• Organizing school handouts and study materials
• Storing certificates, manuals, and reference sheets
• Protecting frequently used documents from dirt and damage

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring puncture-resistant or thick plastic holders. It is also not designed for long-term archival storage under extreme temperature or direct sunlight conditions, as standard polypropylene may degrade over time.

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• Product colour: Transparent
• Material: Polypropylene (PP)
• Width: 230 mm
• Height: 302 mm
• Weight per unit: 10 g

How to use

To use the Esselte sheet protector, simply slide your standard A4 document through the open top or side depending on the binder orientation. Ensure the paper is fully inserted and lies flat without folding the corners. Once inserted, the protector can be placed directly into standard ring binders or lever arch files using the pre-punched margin, allowing for neat organization and quick access to your files.

What to consider before purchase

• Check the ring mechanism of your existing binder to ensure compatibility with standard multi-hole punches
• Consider the sheet capacity if you plan to store thick document sets in a single sleeve
• Evaluate the required level of protection against environmental factors in your workspace

For optimal document organization, avoid overfilling individual sheet protectors and store binders in a vertical position on a stable shelf to prevent document warping over time.
