The Leitz 16470085 self-adhesive grey rectangle label is a practical accessory designed specifically for organizing ring binders and office files. Measuring 61 mm in width and 157 mm in height, this paper label provides ample space for clear handwritten or printed text, helping you maintain a structured and efficient filing system. The solvent-free formulation ensures safe usage in any office or home environment without releasing unwanted chemical odors.

Advantages

This self-adhesive label offers reliable adhesion to standard ring binder spines, ensuring that your identification markers stay securely in place over time. The neutral grey color provides a professional and uniform appearance across your archive shelves. Because the material is paper-based, it can be easily written on with pens, markers, or processed through compatible printers for neat categorization. The solvent-free construction makes it an environmentally conscious choice for everyday document management.

Suitable for

• Labeling standard ring binder spines in offices
• Organizing home document archives and folders
• Classifying project files and client records
• Updating outdated file indexes

When it may not be suitable

This label may not be suitable for heavy-duty industrial environments where moisture, oil, or extreme temperatures can degrade paper materials. It is specifically proportioned for ring binders and may not fit alternative filing products such as hanging folders or lever arch files with different spine dimensions.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the spine width of your existing ring binders to ensure compatibility with the 61x157 mm dimensions
• Check whether you prefer paper labels for manual writing or if you require specialized printer templates
• Evaluate the total quantity of folders you need to organize to purchase sufficient labeling supplies

Usage recommendations: Store unused self-adhesive labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive quality over time. Avoid exposing the applied labels to liquids to maintain legibility and prevent paper warping.
