How to use

Place the document or item centrally inside the pouch, leaving an even margin around the edges to ensure a secure seal. Preheat the pouch laminator according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions and compatible film thickness settings. Feed the sealed edge first into the laminator to reduce wrinkling. Allow laminated items to cool flat on a clean surface before handling to ensure the film fully bonds and hardens.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use a pouch laminator calibrated for 250 µm total thickness and allow sufficient warm-up time. Trim laminated items with a sharp cutter, leaving at least a 2–3 mm sealed border to maintain moisture resistance and edge integrity.
