How to use

The folder can be placed upright on shelves, stored in box files, or carried in a bag for meetings and commuting.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure the A4 document format matches your filing requirements
• Check the 250-sheet capacity limit for your document volume
• Consider whether a cardboard folder meets your durability needs compared to plastic alternatives

For best results, store the folder in a dry indoor environment away from direct moisture, and avoid overfilling beyond its 250-sheet capacity to maintain the integrity of the inner flaps.
