The Leitz 42250001 A4 White ring binder is designed for A4 documents and offers a clean white finish with a high-quality embossed polypropylene cover. How to use

Open the binder by operating the lever to allow the mechanism to open to 180°, then place punched A4 sheets onto the prongs. To add sections in the middle of an existing file, open the mechanism to 180° and insert pages where required. Close the mechanism to secure the pages and snap the cover shut. Use the external and internal pockets for loose papers, notes or reference materials.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use standard A4 punched paper and maxi dividers designed for A4 Maxi binders. Avoid overfilling beyond the 500-sheet capacity to prevent strain on the mechanism. Store upright on shelves or flat if fully loaded to maintain shape and durability.
