Leitz Cosy Privacy High Capacity Pocket File A4 Yellow Polypropylene

The Leitz Cosy Privacy High Capacity Pocket File A4 Yellow Polypropylene is designed for secure, organized, and reliable document management in professional offices, home studies, and educational environments. Crafted from durable, recyclable 0.20 mm polypropylene, this high-capacity pocket file protects sensitive paperwork while ensuring everyday accessibility. Its vibrant yellow color and minimalist matt finish from the Leitz Cosy range bring a touch of style to any workspace while maintaining professional functionality.

Advantages

This expanding pocket file offers exceptional durability and strength, constructed from acid-free and copy-safe material that prevents any damage or ink transfer to your stored documents. The opaque design protects confidential data from prying eyes, while the large cut-out on the top allows for quick paper insertion and easy visibility of contents. Equipped with a fold-out, punched filing strip, it offers versatile storage options for both ring binders and laptop bags. The inclusion of a clear label helps you quickly identify contents, and the generous capacity handles extensive working documents with ease.

Suitable for

• Storing and transporting sensitive personal and business documents up to A4 size
• Filing active projects and working documents in standard ring binders and lever arch files
• Carrying confidential paperwork securely inside a laptop bag or briefcase
• Organizing office and home workspace materials efficiently

This pocket file may not be suitable for long-term archival storage of extremely large volumes exceeding 150 sheets, or for non-standard paper formats larger than A4. Because the top features a large cut-out and the material is partially opaque rather than fully sealed, it is not waterproof and may not provide sufficient security for highly classified government documents requiring sealed envelopes.

What to consider before purchase

• Check that your document volume does not exceed the maximum capacity of 150 sheets
• Ensure your paperwork matches the standard A4 paper size
• Consider whether the opaque material and top cut-out meet your specific privacy requirements
• Verify compatibility with your existing binders if you plan to use the punched filing strip

Usage recommendations: Keep the pocket file away from direct high heat sources to prevent material warping. Avoid overloading beyond the recommended 150-sheet limit to maintain the integrity of the expanding sides and the punched filing strip.
