The Leitz Cosy Privacy High Capacity Pocket File A4 Black Polypropylene is an efficient storage solution designed to keep your documents organized, protected, and secure. Manufactured from durable black polypropylene, this high capacity pocket file combines a professional appearance with practical daily functionality for both home and office environments.

Advantages

This pocket file is crafted from opaque material to ensure confidentiality, making it suitable for sensitive papers. It features a generous expandable design that holds up to 150 sheets of paper, providing ample space for working documents. The inclusion of a fold-out punched filing strip allows for convenient storage in standard binders or direct transport inside a laptop bag. Additionally, the material is acid-free and copy-safe, ensuring that stored documents remain undamaged over time, while the integrated label helps easily identify contents.

Suitable for

• Storing and transporting sensitive A4 documents securely
• Filing large volumes of working papers in binders
• Carrying reports and notes safely in a laptop bag
• Organizing confidential paperwork in home and office workspaces

When it may not be suitable

This pocket file may not be suitable for storing items larger than A4 format or non-paper objects with significant thickness. It might also be less ideal for users who require completely transparent pockets for instant visual scanning of all stored contents without removing them.

• A4 format with dimensions of 210 x 297 mm
• Overall product dimensions: 223 mm width, 313 mm height, 4 mm thickness
• Black polypropylene material with a 0.20 mm thickness

How to use

To use the pocket file, slide your A4 documents through the large top cut-out into the main compartment. Utilize the label area to write down the contents for quick identification. • Check if A4 is the correct standard size for your paperwork

Usage recommendations

For optimal document preservation, avoid overloading the pocket beyond its 150-sheet limit and keep away from direct heat sources.
